More About Me

Joel Dunham has a diverse educational background which began in 2004 when he traveled south from Portland to Eugene. He began his collegiate career attending Lane Community College then transferred to the University of Oregon. In his collegiate career, Joel played for the University’s hockey team. He served as an assistant captain contributing to winning back-to-back PAC 8 Conference Championships. He would go on to graduate with a Bachelor's of Science degree, specializing in social science.

After earning his Bachelor's degree, Joel was accepted into the Masters of Education program at Pacific University. He went on to receive his Master's in Education degree earning a 4.0 GPA along the way.

From there, Joel taught 5th grade for 5 years in Creswell and Cottage Grove. While teaching served him well, Joel was drawn to real estate after he and his wife bought their first home in 2018. Joel and his wife took on a major renovation. After putting in the work, they were able to double the value of their home, pull out the equity that was gained, and purchase their first investment property. Throughout all of this his passion and belief in real estate grew stronger. Joel decided it was time to help others realize this dream of homeownership and the ability to build wealth.

Now, Joel tirelessly works to see that his clients experience the amazing financial benefits that real estate provides. In partnership with Windermere Real Estate/Lane County, Joel benefits from the endless amount of resources provided by Windermere along with the relationships he has built with fellow agents, lenders, and title companies which aid his ability to make the smoothest transaction possible.
