The relationships I’ve built with fellow agents, lenders, and title companies serve my clients well as it makes for the smoothest transaction possible.
As your realtor, I will act as your trusted real estate resource and advisor. You can think of me as a quarterback aligning the pieces of a transaction appropriately, while you are the coach callings the plays. Upon entering into a contract, I will guide you through the inspection period, coordinating and negotiating along the way while making sure every decision you make is informed. We will meet deadlines and stay on track all the way for a timely closing.
In the end, I take great pride in being able to hand you the keys and/or take the sign out of your yard so you can move on with life.
